6. Shop Online & Earn
Members will be able to purchase gift cards and products / services through the Website. Online purchases may have associated fees (e.g. shipping fees) that are the responsibility of the purchaser. In these cases, the purchaser will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees prior to committing to a purchase. For all purchases through the online store, Members will be awarded benefits ("PUCK BUCKS"), where 1 PUCK BUCK equals $1. These PUCK BUCKS will accrue in an account for the Member (the "PUCK BUCKS Account"). For Members that live in a household with other Members, the PUCK BUCKS of all Members in the household will accumulate in one PUCK BUCKS Account. PUCK BUCKS awarded for purchases will differ based upon the gift card or product / service being purchased, and are at the sole discretion of Hockey Canada. Through the online store, a Member will be able to see the PUCK BUCKS earned on each gift card or product / service prior to committing to a purchase. In the event that an item is returned, the corresponding PUCK BUCKS that were awarded for the purchase will be removed from the PUCK BUCKS Account.
PUCK BUCKS are non-transferable and have no intrinsic value and are not redeemable for cash by Members. In the event that a PUCK BUCKS Account is inactive (no earning or allocation of PUCK BUCKS) for a period of 12 months or greater, the PUCK BUCKS may be cancelled by Hockey Canada.
The PUCK BUCKS that accrue to a Member will be available for allocation by the Member to apply to player registration fees charged by the Associations, expenses of teams of or affiliated with the Associations (the “Teams”), and other items, goods, services or offerings that may be offered by or through the Program. PUCK BUCKS cannot be allocated unless there is a minimum of 25 PUCK BUCKS available in the PUCK BUCKS Account. PUCK BUCKS can be allocated by any Member that is 18 years of age and over, unless they live in a household with other Members that are under the age of 18, in which case, PUCK BUCKS can only be allocated by a parent / guardian Member in the household. PUCK BUCKS cannot be allocated to more than one Association or Team (in the case of allocations solely for team expenses) per Member in the same allocation. PUCK BUCKS are automatically converted to cash upon allocation of the PUCK BUCKS..
It is the responsibility of the Member to confirm the correct allocation of the PUCK BUCKS. In the event that a Member has allocated PUCK BUCKS to the wrong Association or Team, the Member must immediately contact customer service for assistance.
7. Inviting Family & Friends to Shop Online & Earn
All Members who have created an online account for the Website will be able to invite family and friends ("Supporter") to purchase in the online store and earn PUCK BUCKS for the household of the Member that invited them. Supporters will be required to create an online account by providing an email address and password in order to purchase gift cards and products / services and earn PUCK BUCKS for Members. As is indicated above, when Supporters make purchases and earn PUCK BUCKS for a Member, if the Member lives in a household with other Members under the age of 18, the PUCK BUCKS earned will accumulate into one PUCK BUCKS Account for the household. It will be at the discretion of a parent / guardian Member to allocate the PUCK BUCKS in the PUCK BUCKS Account. In the event that an item is returned by a Contributor, the corresponding PUCK BUCKS that were awarded for the purchase will be removed from the PUCK BUCKS Account.
TeamHub is a team management tool on the Website that permits Members of a team to manage certain aspects of their team’s administration including, but not limited to, allowing coaches, managers and other team administrators (“Bench Staff”) to manage a team roster and player availability, update team and player stats, create and share team schedules, and communicate with team Members. It also allows all Members of the Team, including Bench Staff, players and parents, to post photos and content and communicate with one another.
If you create a team using TeamHub, you will be responsible as the manager of the team for monitoring photos and other content posted through TeamHub that is available for all team Members to view, and for removing content that violates these Program Rules.

If the Bench Staff does not address your concerns, you may contact email@example.com. In your email, please describe the specific nature of your concern and provide us with your name, address, email address, and a telephone number where you can be reached.
